To make a longer story shorter, I did not apparently reassemble my earlier work properly and it came back and ''bit'' me. The scooter stopped running, broken etc, .

I paid a Honda bike mechanic to fix my mess and pardon my sins.

So I now have plenty of replaced components on the 2013 including a crankshaft, a new piston and ring, new outer drive case cover, new rear drive face assembly and a new stock Honda variator and belt.

At this point it rides nicely. NO REAR BEARING NOISE. The mechanic is a nice guy and was and is willing to work with me on further mods. He assembled the stock Honda front variator reusing the brand new NCY recommended 13 gram rollers, and both of us like how it rides: no faster than ''stock'' but it runs nicely with very good acceleration and drivability.
