2019 Forza Warning Front Tyre possible issue

This my be nothing but story to follow:- I was doing my weekly tyre check and for the first time parked nose in, on checking the front tyre I noticed splitting/cracking on the side wall "disk side" right by the rim. This extends 1/4 way around the side wall with the valve as the centre point. As I was changing the rear I changed the front as well. The garage said the crack was 4mm at its deepest point and was not age related as the tyre was only 18 month old since manufactured. I had no vibrations and haven't hit any pot holes or bounced up any kerbs. The tyre had covered 3900miles and plenty of tread left.
It my be nothing but better safe than sorry have a look

Just checked mine (slightly lower mileage) and all good.
