Good morning everyone,
I have a Honda Force 250EX (year 2006) with 70,000 km, a few days ago when I drive a steep slope I turn on the infamous F and the engine seems to be braking.
I turn the bike off and on again and everything goes back to work.
Going along roads on the plain or slightly uphill, the problem does not occur.
The F makes seven short flashes, I tried to search the internet for the meaning of the error report but I did not find any indication.
Do any of you have documentation available? What do the 7 short flashes mean?
Thank you all.
(Sorry my bad english)
Good day.
Giuseppe

Re: F with 7 short flashes
You're unlikely to get many model specific replies here because the Forza 250 was never marketed in English speaking countries.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

On my 3 recent EFI Hondas, code 7 stood for : Coolant Temp. Sensor. Some models switch to a pre-
determined, 'workable' sensor ohm value when the ECU detects this fault, so the engine may
still function reasonably well, depending on local climate.
