Re: New PCX 1 Month use review

Medicpcx, add photos, interesting to see. PCX 2018 has an excellent dashboard and looks very modern, it is a pity that it can not be placed in the previous generation 2014-2017.

Re: Air Filter question

Did not wonder what air filter is suitable, ordered the original for PCX LED 2014-2017, generation V3. Replaced the 4200 km mileage filter and oil, bought everything in the original Honda. The filter was sent from Thailand, the oil in the engine from Belgium.

Re: Air Filter question

My question was: are the air filters of the old PCX 150 and the new PCX 150 LED interchangeable, they are very similar in the picture, but have different articles.

Re: Air Filter question

I do not understand, the air filter for PCX (2012-2014) and (2015-2017) the same or not? For 2012-2014 part number - 17210-KZR-600, and for 2015-2017 - 17210-K36-T00 (now I have this installed). What article to order for my PCX 2015 LED, can I use the old PCX article, it details more often in stock ?

Re: Why a WHITE helmet

I agree that it is hot in the integral helmet, but my wife insisted that I go out of the city only in it, besides, in Belarus it is rarely hot more than 85F. Perhaps later buy open helmet white color of for hot summer days :)

Re: Why a WHITE helmet

This season I bought a white helmet - integral motorcycle type with a sun visor, for better protection from the wind and the sun. LS2 FF390 Breaker + pinlock. Pinlock is especially useful when in the morning I go to work and the visor is always clean, not fogged. And the only drawbacks are an uncomf...

Re: Honda launches PCX Hybrid in Indonesia

There is little data to understand the benefits of hybrid technology. Power growth is minimal, torque is almost the same, acceleration dynamics is unknown. Fuel efficiency is not voiced.

Not the fact that a live driver behind the wheel of the car would be able to avoid the collision. Also, the movement of Autonomous machines can reduce the number of victims currently available.

Re: PCX the USA from one end to the other anyone?

The trip to USA is certainly interesting, but PCX is the first (main) scooter for the city. For the route you need a scooter with an engine capacity of 250 cm3 and above. My maximum daily mileage on PCX about 900 km with three short stops to the gas station and 1 time to drink coffee - this trip is ...

Re: Idle Stop

In large cities such as Moscow road lanes wide and the traffic going between the rows, so stops a little. But if you count commuting and stop 3-4 a day for 0.5-1 minute per month will be enough. With the system Idle Stop funny look at the drivers who are surprised that you are only standing at a tra...

Re: Idle Stop

EasyRider , if correctly understood my message, then a smooth start with the Idle Stop system is comparable or even smaller than the push that gets the engine by increasing the speed of the scooter. Use the Idle Stop system has never doubted her safety for the life of the engine. Smooth run like hy...

Re: Idle Stop

Brake sensor ,more wiring terminals ,connectors that can possibly fail,Some parts have to be beefier or should be.. 300,000 more jerks on a timing chain will in time increase stretch hence will increase fuel usage which will offset the whopping 8 to 15 percent fuel savings you are trying to achieve...
