Is the point of this to keep your hands warm?
If so I have a set of these fitted to mine;

Re: What Lighter Rollers For Better Hilly Climbing Ability
Fitted mine today and agree with the above; It is faster uphills and accelerating (not quite a fireblade but still!), also flat out on level ground I saw an indicated 62-65 which is the most I've seen yet. The only thing I don't like is it seems a good bit louder due to more rpm (or maybe just a dif...

Demo video shows them reconstructing a gearbox lug and all you need is a bluetorch and skill.
Will see how easy it is in reality...

Confused about Yuminashi Big Bore Fueling
Hi, I'm a month or so in commuting with my new 125 and am finding it a bit lacking in power. I have a particularly hilly route so have some lighter rollers on order but today I found myself looking enviously at the yuminashi big bore kits. Now, I have fitted big bore kits to 2 strokes before so am f...

Re: swing arm
There is another option but I've not tried it yet. You can get brazing rods called "HTS 2000" where you can repair alloy - i.e. stick the bolt back in then melt this material in to reconstruct the threads or any other damaged alloy section; https://www.aluminumrepair.com/ On one of the sit...

Re: Mixing rollers
The PCX is my first 4 stoke scooter/Honda. Before this I've had a lot of 50cc 2 strokes like Yamaha BWS (i think you call them Zuma over there in the US?) On all those related sites it pretty common to mix roller weights so its not just a thing we do in Europe! :) I don't see any problem so long as ...

What Lighter Rollers For Better Hilly Climbing Ability
Hi, My commute on my 125 is over quite a hilly route and I find the acceleration uphill isn't quite as brisk as i think it could be - it "bogs" a little on very steep hills until it drags itself into its powerband and starts to accelerate. So i'm looking to change to some lighter rollers. ...

Re: Service manual (don't confuse with user manual)
Thanks for the thumbs up/permission. :) I have got another 150+ pages scanned tonight so about halfway through now...I should have the whole lot ready by the start of next week I think. It will also be a big PDF - around 300meg as it is photo quality scans/hi resolution - so I will likely upload to ...

Re: Service manual (don't confuse with user manual)
Hi, My service manual arrived from the US today after 2 weeks. I have debound it (cut it into individual pages) and have scanned 60 pages tonight - I think there is about 400-500 pages total so it will take me a week or 2 to work though. I will be able to PDF it and make it available - can a moderat...

Re: Service manual (don't confuse with user manual)
I have a service manual on route to me from the US.
I intend to cut it up and scan each page as I prefer to have things in a digital format (less space!).
I guess this will take a few weeks at x pages per night but when done I could potentially make it available if that doesn't break forum rules?

Re: Which Oxford Cover?
JDC covers are probably a better option, I bought one of their ultimate heavy duty ones for my new bike. Quality is way better than Oxford. http://www.jdc-products.co.uk/motorcycle-products-1/motorcycle-covers.html If you just want something to hide the scooter rather than to be 100% waterproof, yo...

Which Oxford Cover?
Hi, I'm thinking of getting a cover for my PCX to leave on when its parked at work. Does anyone on here have one of the Oxfords covers? They do 2 ranges - one for bikes and one for scooters, but given the length of a PCX compared to my old Yamaha BWS 50 i'm not sure if the scooter ones will be big e...

Re: PCX125 - Coolant Light Coming On But Has Coolant
Indeed! My dad actually phoned the dealership up last week and went mental at them (he's bought loads of bikes off them over the years dating back to the 90s and never had any issues like this). Then they phoned me and offered to take it back in and inspect it again; I just told them i'd fixed it, a...

Re: PCX125 - Coolant Light Coming On But Has Coolant
Well that was an eventful morning! I went out today to fill and bleed the system so started the bike and left it to run for about 2-3 minutes to get some heat in it (it was minus temps here this morning) - literally that was all the time it took for water to start dripping out again so it clearing w...
