Re: Who uses GPS/Earphones?

It's very easy. I use Google maps with my iphone in a waterproof inner pocket, and run the headphones up inside my jacket and then in one ear. Works perfectly.

Having said that, you're better off not using a GPS, and getting lost for a few hours. That's how you get to know your way around.

Re: PCX juddering when moving off

Personally I'm planning on taking my A1 in a few weeks, just so I can take passengers on my PCX. I intend to keep this bike for a long time- until it's no longer economical to maintain it. I don't have a dying urge to upgrade to a larger bike, so I might as well get comfortable, lose the L-plates an...

Re: Hello & Maybe New User

Hey- welcome. I was in your position not too long ago. I would say in the long run, you're going to end up spending the same amount of money on maintenance on both of those two scooters. A friend of mine has a Majesty, and he has had to shell out a lot of money recently. New brake pads, disc, exhaus...

PCX juddering when moving off

I'll preface this by saying that my 2015 PCX 125 is only 4 months old and has done just over 1800 miles. In the last 6-7 days, something weird is happening when accelerating from zero. The set- off used to be smooth and seamless. But now it's jerky and juddering a lot. It's a really big contrast. Th...

It's 2 weeks old. Take it back if you're not 100% happy with it.

2015 PCX 125- heated grips

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but the only thread I could find about heated grips was about the Forza.

How straightforward is it to install heated grips (preferably Oxford ones) onto the PCX 125? I have the 2015 model.

Thanks.

Re: Forza 125 !!!!! yes, believe it

It's marketed at us in the UK who are limited to a 125cc bike without a full license which is a pain to get.

Floor plates

I really like those plates. The ones that came with my PCX (2015) are flimsy and cheap :( the only disappointing thing about the scooter.

Re: drop scooter for first time on the right side

Spare Honda plastic isn't cheap here in the UK. Honda dealers aren't very welcoming here either.

Make sure you check your oil just in case any spilled out when the bike fell.

Re: My White PCX125 [2015]

I'm looking at doing the A1 license on my PCX. It would mean I can ride the PCX without L plates and take passengers. Still limited to a 125, and if you take the test on an automatic, you can only ride an automatic. It would just be so that I can take passengers for the next few years. Then if/ when...

Re: My White PCX125 [2015]

When you say full test, do you mean A1 light motorcycle license or the full Direct Access? I'm considering doing the A1 test, but if you do it on an automatic then you can only ride automatic. So it would mean doing another test later down the line if I want a bigger bike.

Apparently another "weather bomb" coming to hit the UK this week.

Cold I can deal with. It's 30 MPH winds that make me fear for my life.
