Hi Folks, I am new to this forum, My wife rides a 2017 PCX125 and Myself I have just purchased a 2015 Forza 125. The forza is really great for a person of my size whereas the pcx was a bit cramped. I find it really easy to get parts for the pcx online but the forza appears a little more difficult. My main question is , Do they both use the same belt 23100-K35-V01? And is this 22.7,10,931?
The next related question is ? what weight are the stock rollers for a forza 125 ? mine seem to be around 18g which give me great fuel consumption of 110mpg but pull away is a bit laboured. Are these stock? Thanks in advance
John :)

So I decided to take it apart and check what is in there. First problem is that there is foam inside the plastic cover that covers the alloy belt cover. This has held water in and the alloy cover is very pitted and oxidised. The clutch was a bit glazed so I deglazed the clutch pads and bell with sand paper. I measured the rollers properly this time and they are 15x20 and 18g which I am assured by a mate is too heavy. For now I have put some 15g ones in from my old pcx. The belt is nothing like the pcx belt . IT is wider at 22.8mm and longer and does not have the toothed back. The belt in there is Honda Bando belt. Part number 23100 K40 F01.
Now for a ride. Wow what a difference with eveything clean and deglazed. Smooth pull away much better with the 15g rollers and on to approx 75mph on the speedo. There was a little bit left but as there was a side wind that will do me.

Ran into the same issue of corroded belt cover due to foam on the plastic outer cover of a Burgman 400. Looked much better after I gave it a good clean, then sprayed it flat black. Kind of a dumb thing for the factory to do.....moisture holding foam on that alloy cover.
