I want to run these accessories:
Heated grips
Aftermarket Kawell lights
Anti Theft Alarm System
Want to have my phone plugged in and charging while riding

Is there a limit to how much I can power off of the bike? Will I be fine running all of these accessories simultaneously?

As with all electrical devices, there is a limit to how much can be attached and run on the bike's electrical system. So let's break them down and see what will happen.

The heated grips will pull the most power, but the bike will be running while they are on, which means the power should be able to handle them.

The Kawell lights are LED. Very little current is used by LED lights.

The anti-theft alarm will only be active when the bike is off. The battery should be able to handle that.

The accessory plug is another matter. If it is the installed one that comes as original equipment, it has a fuse. Limiting it to your cellphone while riding should be fine. The fuse will restrict it to smaller devices.

Because of when these items will be used, I think you are safe.
