Clocking Flange

Does anyone know if anyone makes a clocking flange for the pcx150. Looking to spin the throttle body 180 degrees ish.

Isn't that for a carburetor? The PCX has fuel injection.

Yes, I have a ruckus that i am putting the pcx150 motor in. The clocking flange would turn the entire intake/ throttle body any where from 15-180° depending on where the holes are drilled. I am trying to keep the intake/ throttle body from interfering with frame/ suspension.
