I'm guessing there are some changes with the gear ratios inside the transmission as well. My friend in Philippines said his PCX 2019 model top speed is around 125kh. My 2016 is stuck at around 117kph no matter how long the road is.

They changed one of the gears with the introduction of the LED model that lowered top speed from the ones that came before, perhaps Honda have gone back to the original gearing rather than made any other engine tweaks.

A shell-type needle bearing is used for the rocker arm shaft while small and light rollers work in conjunction with cam profile and valve spring load.
I’ve know of a 1) Shell (bronze insert) bearing and a 2) Needle (roller) bearing ..... but what’s a “shell type needle” bearing look like?

Dunno about gear ratios,

my 2019 model 125 has a top speed of 73mph/117 kph (so far) and my 2015 only ever managed 67mph/107 kph.

I do know the power has increased from 11hp to 12hp, can't speak to the 150 but I imagine there has been a comparable power increase
