A flash from the recent past.
That said it sure does have that old Helix look. . ..
The Morphous almost looks "Bonneville Ready" for a run on the salt flats.

Oh I see the Beauty in the Beast!
What is it about this bike that has (some of) us wanting it? It's a given that it Looks Different, but
is it the recliner look? The low n large comfy seating? Or Yamaha's au naturel stretched body? What about the rear-end? That trunk! It reminds me of a Cadillac.
Back in those days, I thought this fugly beauty (yeah, I said that), was for the Rich and Famous, a
"Can't Touch This" bike. Silly me, I looked the other way!
How much did one cost back then?
A treat for ye Morphie likers: chuck's Morphous (if he's lurking, maybe he'll pop in) DO IT CHUCK!!

Ah yes, the DN-01. Never sold well on this side of the pond. Can be had for cheap(er). I think I've seen only one on the road since born day. A decent bike.....
though I'm Not a fan. Sure I was curious. Sat on a Red one when it arrived. A far and wide reach, Not proper for My back. And looks, yeah no, not appealing. Comfort n looks count.
