Sorry I can't answer your specific question but I know of several bike and scooter riders who have used these guys to rebuild their stock seats to a standard they are happy with.

By all accounts they do an astounding job. :)

I only had a cover made by them, but from first contact to final delivery, everything was great.

I've been very pleased with mine....I bought the one with extra padding, well worth the extra $20

What they said. Nice people, great seat covers, very nice appearance, your choice of trim, durable, huge improvement over stock.

Many thanks everyone, I’m liking what your saying, may have to invest in one.
Because I have the hump on mine, do I need extra padding ?

I got the one with extra padding too. I de-humped my 2013 and put lots of duct tape over the holes that were left - they suggest this. Looks and feels great. I got black with red stitching. Great service. They were on the road in the Colorado mountains when they made mine and overnighted it to me. Cant say enough good things about them.

There is a bit of a void once you remove the hump, I used packing foam to fill it up as suggested by Cheeky Seats

But you don't need the top of the line seat cover, but I think it's worth it just to have the extra cushion under your butt

Once you pull the 'Humps off you should also go under the seat and remove the plastic area where the hump Screws onto the seat. That will make the ride much more comfortable. I would also suggest Gorrila Tape instead of just duct tape because seats get hot and the glue on the regular duct tape may let go after awhile. Definitely get the seat cover with the extra padding.

Actually I did use Gorilla Tape - I was just using a generic phrase! BTW, don't get Gorilla Tape stuck on your lip - very painful process getting it off - don't ask me how I know.........

Was thinking of going to them when my new scoot has its 1st service, but bought a 80cm x 100cm black thing car boot mat, from poundworld [this is England]and the scoot has gone from being a pain in the arse,to riding pleasure, fold it in half, lay it on and under the seat,my fat bum all the rest.

They are terrific to work with, honest and make a great product. LOVE my padded cover. I de-humped and really enjoy the seat now.

Did you cut out the piece underneath?

Yes, about half and added a bit of padding. Will most likely be removing them completely but it's a lot more tolerable already.
