good morning people

I got this error showing up on the bike I suspect its the 02 sensors but am not sure

I also have an issue where my bike use to run at full speed (62.5 mph GPS 65mph on the clock) now it does 53 and am lucky to get higher than 48mph on GPS

any ideas?

code 21 = Oxygen sensor , with both my Giorno + Forza (PCX uses the same PGM-FI, so...).

This happens at what mileage, for our education ?

Well I am currently at 24k miles (yes miles not km sorry) the slow down issue started happening at around 18k miles as the oxygen sensor is something I've just noticed but I am sure the 2 are connected as I had the head changed (my own fault but got a new head) and had to rewire the water sensor (much newer head then mine but it fits)

Parts I've had replaced
Head 20k miles
Spark plug 20k
Belt and rollers 14k miles
Air filter 17k miles
Water sensor 24k miles (yesterday)

I'd start by checking the plug first. With a bad ignition the engine is loosing power, and it can foul the O2 sensor with unburnt fuel.
Second would be checking valve clearances on my list.
Also, the slowing down can be due to different factor than the o2 issue. A worn out drive belt and drive faces could be the cause of slowing.
Are you servicing your own bike, or let others do it? Has it got the scheduled maintenance required?

I've let others do it but surely i shouldn't be having my belt warn down with less than 10k miles on it the spark plug was replaced when the head was so that's new and the valves ware adjusted when the head was replaced

when it comes to big services (every 10k miles for me) ill let others do it

but for regular ones (oil change etc) ill do my self
