The blonde can't go without her phone for 20 seconds. Avoid her, go for the brunette, who is making a B-line for the scooter instead of brandishing her phone.

It wasn't like a war zone on my ride today. Everyone on the road was determined not to instantly kill me.

Some very fine sights there indeed. Perhaps next time though, get a little closer to the bike so we get more of that sexy PCX and less of those human distracting things on the right!

The "Vice Squad" is in that box truck in the background with camera and binoculars in hand.

Nope but I out run them anyway so no harm done unless it's one of my wife's friends, can't out run a phone I better stop that.
