Has anyone used one of these? This seems like a good idea to help grab a little attention when braking.

Thanks.

I bought two Knight Riderz lights and put them on license plate frames for my bikes. With those, the light goes back and forth until you press the brake lever. Then the lights flash for 3 - 5 seconds before coming on steady.
Scooters don't work the same as motorcycles, so don't expect that light assembly to light up as you slow down if you don't hit the brake switch. In fact, you really don't downshift on a scooter.

I saw this at my local brick and mortar for $100, a tiny bit less than Revzilla. It works by sensing the deceleration of the vehicle, but it appears that tuning it for the light weight and comparatively smooth operation of our scoots is a bit tricky, but can be done.

I also like the Knight Riderz blinky business. Always on and somewhat attention-getting (or distracting, if that is your point of view) seems like a good idea.
