I wondered what ever became of the rotary engine

I want to see someone put a 2stroke diesel in a Prius. Then take it to one of those green car tree hugging events.

Why would it be perfect? well your recycling a used Hybrid car, and recycling a perfectly functional engine that burns lesser pure fuels that are stuck polluting the environment if left in containers around the world.

all day I have been trying to come up with the HCCI engines ignition requirements. Sometimes those math savants over look the obvious. How to flash that puppy from both sides of the cylinder in one total and complete emission free burn. There has to be a way to light that up and build the perfect engine. How can you strike up an electrical surge across the inside of that cylinder from side to side? Better yet both sides to the middle

Don't listen to this guy explain CVT's or you might shoot the monitor

Define perfect, I want to see a return of the V12's with multiple turbochargers, and a howl that stirs the soul.

Not more cars with a 9v battery in the boot and a Hybrid sticker which has all the soul and pizazz as getting sexually aroused painting magnolia.

It's true, the lack of soul is what has my son and his friends caring less about motor vehicles and the industry scratching their heads as to why sales among youth plummet.
