Got my new PCX today and here she is just rolled out the dealerships door (hence why she's on double yellow lines, lol)

I LIKE IT !!!!!!!!!! Such a beautiful thing rolled out onto such an ugly street. Whats up with all the cigarette butts, bunch of chain smoking going on. Get her out of there into some awesome Scottish country and lets have another look.

Apparently it was assembled in Italy--is the first position in the vin # occupied by a Z? Then it iwas made in Italy. If so, that seems to me to be a good sign--nobody knows scooter like Italians do.triaxor wrote:Checked my VIN on http://www.whomademybike.com/

So what happens when you decide to upgrade the windshield? Do you have to go back down to your version of our DMV and get another 'L' ?? Can you get a smaller one and just put it on the front fender, since the large one would block your vision on a full size windshield?

The L plates can be bought in any car or bike accessory shop or online. There's an official size for them so strictly speaking they shouldn't be cut down but it depends on how much of a bad day the police officer has had if they would pick you up on it.

Removed from screen and fitted to fender instead, much better, having new Givi screen fitted tomorrow too
