Hello,

I bought new honda pcx 125 2015 last year. I was hoping that there is 12V outlet inside the glove box. But all I have is some blank cover, there is nothing bellow the cover, just a hole.

Whats wrong?

Strange - so it's got the LED lights? (should have larger tank and battery but harder to prove). Unless it's one of the differences between countries - where are you?

You know what they say about the ones that roll off the assembly lines on Friday. I wouldn't be too disappointed if that was all they forgot. Preferably I would install my own heavy duty 12v outlet in that slot and take it directly to the battery thus having a fuse-less constant 12 volt power supply that does not involve the ignition. Or take it up with your warranty coverage. It's May what took you so long to notice you had no outlet? Anyhow if I had such a solid connection to my battery I would be able to air up my tires right from that power source with common 12v air pumps & accessories without fear of tossing fuses.

kpapik, hi and welcome.
It's possible that none of the 2015 PCX 125 models have a 12v socket (where you reside).
So tell us, Where do you live? Answering that question AND putting it in your profile will get you the proper answer.
Here in the U.S., the 2015 PCX 150 model comes equipped with the 12v socket.
We do Not have the 2015 PCX 125 model at all.

Please put your location in your profile by following my easy directions below. Answers will then follow, I'm sure. Cheers ;)

If you add your own, it may pay to add an in-line fuse similar to what is usually installed - 5A I believe.

no fuse = no connection (to my bike, anyway)

I added the place where I residing now - Vietnam. This bike was also bought in Vietnam (new one). They are selling 125 only unfortunatelly.

Thanks,

Not sure about Vietnam, but it seems the '15 125 and 150cc models in Thailand have the 12v outlet.
