Hello, was curious if anyone has ordered from scooterpartsco.com and how their transaction went. I placed an order for a malossi exhaust over a week ago and only thing I've been updated on is that they took money out of my account. Wrote them 4 days ago asking about and update and they aren't replying which I found weird bc they would normally respond in a day with other questions I had about the exhaust. Thanks.

Got my millossi exhaust from them, great service

Just after I wrote that I got an email saying it was shipped. I was just getting worried because I emailed them and haven't heard back in like 4 days.

I have ordered lots of stuff from this company. Called them for tech support on variators and so on. Love these guys, they have been just awesome.

I'm going to have to call tomorrow if they don't respond to my email by time I wake up. Checked their website and it said my order was delivered,which it wasn't, and that worries me a little.

I got good service from them on a hard to get Mallosi clutch for my Majesty400.
