The windscreen is to cover the head?

Hi, if I understood you correctly:
the Givi screen will block the wind and flying things from hitting ones head only IF the top of ones head is Below the Screens top edge. This would mean that You would be looking through the screen and Not over it. Thus creating "the block" you mention/question.

I used Photoshop to compare it, it seems that I can only cover my chest.

That's correct. The pictured screen is the mid height Givi shield.
Depending on one's height it covers up to nose for shorter or slightly above mid chest for really tall folks.

I'178cm and have the same shield (marked as Kappa, but essentially the same). I find it fairly noisy as the wind is buffeting right at my chin below my helmet. If I either raise my head further or tuck below the level of the screen it becomes less noisy. However I have installed it for the winter and it is very pleasant to have the cold wind off from my chest. I have also found that larger screens decrease top speed and as they have a much larger area they don't clear from raindrops. On the other hand this size has increased my top speed by 4-6 km/h and the increased air speed helps to clear the helmet shield from rain.
So in general as I ride in a full face helmet during winter anyway the package is quite balanced and I find this mid sized screen better than either the stock or larger ones.

Thank you, very helpful, if winter comes, you will wear in your daily ride knee? PCX hood can withstand the wind blowing the leg?

I'm actually using a Tucano Urban Termoscud (http://scooter-wear.com/tucano-urbano-t ... da-pcx-125) during winter for protection. Works like a charm.
