Hello everyone, just checking in.

I've been lurking for awhile reading all the great information already pioneered by you on this wonderful board. So I finally registered. I'm up in the rural part of Washington State. I recently purchased a 2015 PCX 150, thought it looks pretty sharp in white. I just got it for fun, not a daily driver or anything. It's perfect for where I live, our highways are 50 mph two-lanes, and we have many 35-mph twisty roads along the water. I enjoy midday rides when traffic here is mostly non-existent. In fact I actually have a dozen-mile loop I ride in which I will sometimes not see any other cars. Just birds, trees, and water... Pretty sweet. I've already got 420 miles on it!

I wish I saw more scooters out here though. In the city there are some clubs, but they're not accessible to me. There aren't even any dealers or shops around me, I had to have this one delivered from town. I'm trying to get the Mrs. on board with the idea of getting a scooter too... we'll see. :D

I wanted to thank Maddiedog and of course all the helpful users.... WhiteNoise, homie, PCXdemon, sendler2112, Jge64, Mel46, vamootsman, MikeP, and more. Posts from you all have helped me along my way. Just thought you'd like to know how much you might have helped even if we don't always respond in every thread. I am starting to dabble with some mods, will save those announcements for when I actually get the parts from Thailand and Japan... a bit of a wait. Amazon Prime has spoiled me forever with shipping, I think. :D

Anyway. Cheers everyone. See you on the road. 8)

"our highways are 50 mph"

Here in Texas, the only real highways are 85 mph+. If you're going only 50 mph, you're probably on somebody's driveway (or slowing down for a school zone, the way they drive here).

Anyway, welcome--even if I wasn't on your "A-list." sniff, sniff

WELCOME! and you thought right in white :D Chief says "fun you shall have" plus amazon awaits with endless little bits and pieces for PCX that put a skip in your trip to the mail box making it the next best thing to riding the little Honda.

My bad on the omission!
I lived in TX in a past life, know what you mean. If I still lived there I think I would have needed a Forza. :D

Thank you Alibally & honkerman. :)

Homie, thanks buddy! Funny story, that picture was taken the day I got it. The next day, I did the homebrew fender removal from the excellent thread here on HondaPCX.org. BUT now thanks to you I have an updated picture, thank you sir.

I made some riding videos on my PCX.

Anyone want to come out this way for a ride? :)

Somewhat envious of your two lane blacktop
in my previous life the Sea to Sky highway
was a twisty uncluttered dream
no driveways -watch out for those-
now a major artery filled with aggressive distracted twerps
driving way past their capabilities
