Hi, trying to identify the correct part number for the left crankcase on my UK 2012 Pcx 125 WW125 EX2-C, engine number ends in 2209846 ?
The number I keep coming up with is 11200-KZR-602 but speaking to some suppliers overseas they've suggested 11200-KZY-700 ? Saying that the part number I gave them is for a Honda Click ?
Any ideas ?
Cheers

This page lists the correct parts for your PCX:
http://www.bike-parts-honda.com/moto-ho ... 14392.html
The part number you posted is the correct one:
http://www.bike-parts-honda.com/microfi ... R-602.html
The other part number is for a PCX 150
http://www.hondapartshouse.com/oemparts ... rankcase-l
The problem you face is that despite the parts abroad in say Thailand or the USA being significantly cheaper, they may not have the correct ones available.

Thank you for that link and the confirmation of that part number.
I notice you too are in Scotland, any suggestions for the cheapest place to buy a service manual from ?
Cheers

The new Click 125 uses the old PCX 125 engine. If you need I will be happy to walk to Honda dealer and confirm the part number for the old PCX 125?Click125
What we don't have here is the 125 version of the new Honda 150.

If you had only asked a month ago, I sold my dealer supplied '12 pcx 125 shop manual for £23 a month ago (kept the official '15 amendment for the UK LED model and bought a good quality '13-15 PCX 150 manual from
http://www.service-shop-repair-manual.com/ < about $50 delivered).
Dealers can get them (Dobles) and the cost is about £40 delivered or £35 collected. You can get very good paper copies from some places, but they are not Honda originals just extremely good copies. Official manuals are available for PCX's from Helm.inc, but perhaps not the UK model and they charge an horrendous amount for postage to the UK - they wanted over $100 and would not budge.
To be honest, most procedures and how-to's are covered in the sections on this site inc. valves and engine mod's.

Thank you very much for your kind offer but I'm now confident I have the correct part number.

You're right, there's some excellent how to's available but I haven't come across any for major engine disassembly ? There's bound to be some fairly critical torques I'd imagine ? and I also wanted to see what other parts needed to be replaced while swapping crankcases ie gaskets, etc.
