You can try bikebandit.com . I got replacement parts from them at a nice price. Remember that there are probably some differences between America and European pcx scooters, especially pre 2015.
They use to only sell in USA but I notice that they now have an international phone number as well (+1 619 623 3660) They also have a 1 888 number. (1-888-339-3888)

Here is the page to their shipping information http://www.bikebandit.com/help/shippingoptions

Hey, I've just scratched one side of my bran new PCX. Super gutted 3 bloody days old. This site seems too cheap to be real! Did you fit the parts yourself? Im in talks with Honda and the word hundreds keeps being passed around.I literally need one new left front panel and a brake. Thanks for any help you can give

You will find that most of the websites we have mentioned have really cheap prices. The one thing you will have to be concerned about in your area is the import taxes. Even then you may find that if you can do the work you will be well ahead of the game. This scooter is inexpensive to purchase but if you had the dealer do all of the maintenence you would go broke. The key is to learn how to do more on your scooter so that you won't be tagged by the dealer as much. You can change the color of your scooter for a few hundred dollars by buying the panels online. Good luck.
