Lower and longer....

I'm a little confused with the Webike website and am hoping some people can help me out here.....

I have a 2014 (UK) 125 ESP model (the one before they changed to LED Lights) and am wondering if the following parts would fit?

Am i right in thinking that the stretch kit would lengthen the bike but not need any extra brake cabling / wiring?
The fork spring kit (as far as i know) would be a case of removing the front wheel, take out the front forks and then remove the spring and replace with these ones?
Does anyone know how easy to fit they are? i have a friend that is a fabricator so he can give me a hand with the fitting but he normally works on cars... not bikes....

SP TAKEGAWA : Lower Down Reinforced Front Fork Spring
Model : 06-06-0004
Fits:HONDA PCX125 (JF28-1100001-) : HONDA PCX150 (KF12-1000001-) : HONDA

MADMAX : 3 Inch Extension Long Wheel Base Kit
Model : MK18-0021
Fits:HONDA PCX150 (KF12) : HONDA PCX125 10- (JF28) : HONDA PCX125 11- (JF28)

You are wrong in thinking that; a stretch kit most definitely requires recabling, rewiring, and lengthening of fuel lines.

You are fine with the front kit, that's more or less the process. :)

I was under the understanding that it only needs new cabling etc if going longer than a certain length :-/

The certain length will be the length of the original cables.
Honda don't fit longer than needed cables on the offchance that some fool wants to ruin the handling and suspension.

I just thought you could re-route them, much like every cable fitted in a car

It's not that simple. The cables come at a certain length to accomodate suspension travel. They don't include a lot of extra. You might could squeeze an inch, but there's no way the wire harness can be rerouted to accommodate 4," let alone the throttle cable and fuel lines (which I doubt would work 1" further back).

Would it be a case of finding generic fuel lines? Not sure how to extend a throttle cable though :-/ I'm not sure this is something a regular garage would be able to do?

A regular garage has the capability to do so, but may not want to do it because of the risk associated with installing a kit like that.

Fuel lines, throttle cables, and wiring can all be generic and aren't too difficult to do, but keep in mind you have to drop the engine, disconnect everything, stretch it all in a way that will be waterproof and durable, then put it back together. I'd say 10 hours of labor at least. In the US, that's going to be over $1000 at a standard shop.

You wouldn't extend the Bowden cable, assuming you had to. Just order a longer one. Plenty of placeS do it. Google is your friend

Webike sells 3in extension kits that don't require cable modifying or replacing, any more than 3in and cables will need to be replaced.

Appreciate reading might be difficult for you so here it is

"You wouldn't extend the Bowden cable, assuming you had to. Just order a longer one. Plenty of placeS do it. Google is your friend"

Clue is in the "assuming you had to"

This isn't to subtle for you is it?
