Fitting alarm

I bought one of these alarms http://www.motorbikealarm.co.uk/shop/nc ... er-system/ as I have had them before on my previous bikes. I have the basic alarm fitted up but am having trouble with the remote start.
Here is a picture of the instructions I received which are clear but im having trouble figuring out the starter relay connection.
Im sure I found the relay as it clicks when you press the starter but when its connected up and I press the remote start button all that happens is the bike switches on as if I had just turned the key.
