Just spotted this when flicking through Motorcycle Monthly and thought I would share it.

Looks pretty neat and it does not cost to much too.

And the website is here.

I think I will be getting one next time the budget can afford it. Though I have no idea how well it will work on the PCX should be nothing stopping it working?

I imagine on a sunny day it will be very annoying with more chance of catching a reflection of the sun and distracting you

That looks like an awesome idea. He needs to go on dragons den or something.

It has been around a while and I remember in my old sv forum they found several negatives against it

Oh right. Do you remember what the negatives were?

Other than the reflection of sun and car headlights no I cant remember. If it was so great a product it would have been very popular by now.

It may not have been this exact same one but it was same principle of a central mounted mirror to give a wider field of view

It's too much of a distraction and the view it gives is very distorted.
Doesn't do anything that a quick glance over your shoulder can't do.

If you're rich you could try one of the Reevu helmets with a bolt in rear view mirror. Though it might suffer from the same problems as the RiderScan.
