Forza suspension...rear.....Sorry to raise a subject likely done to death...BUT I have tried everything and I cannot get the bit you twist on the rear suspension (which adjusts the suspension) to move. I can see the small notches it should turn to move into but it just wont budge...either side....admittedly trying it by hand as not sure what tool works it...
It must be me doing something wrong.
any tips?
should I try WD40 to loosen it?
I find the suspension a trifle hard so should I be making the suspension shorter or longer so as to soften it slightly.?...I was assuming longer.
Its going in for its 600 ml first service later this week so I will ask them...but wondered if anyone had a tip....

.pdf manual

Shorter to soften it.
The toolkit should have a special spanner for turning the adjusters.

Position 1 & 2 are for decreased spring preload (SOFT)
Position 4 & 5 are for increased spring preload (HARD)
Position 3 is the Standard factory position
