Is it cheaper to buy from honda.com or local dealer?

Wanting to buy a brand new 2015 but not sure where to start. I might do a brand new 2013 of it's significantly cheaper. Is the hump removable for the 2013?

I have a beautiful custom seat I bought from powerbypcx.com that I MIGHT be willing to part with for the right price. I love the seat but because my lower back needs support after 5 back surgeries I may have to go with one of those like Maddiedog has. I am still thinking it over. The seat, including shipping cost me a little over $200. I would probably part with it for about half of that..
