Welcome to the family. Where in the world are you from?

Check out Powerbypcx.com for a seat upgrade.

LOL. Bangkok-Shop probably buys those from Powerbypcx and passes the savings on to you. :P

I paid $172 for my seat including shipping, so you might want to also check powerbypcx before you buy that one.

And no I do not work for them. Just trying to save a fellow PCX rider a few bucks.

The original PCX seat is such a charmer! We just can’t wait to get rid of it. Lol! Slickvic is on to something. My husband just ordered ours from PoweredbyPCX

There is a small 'hole-in-the-wall' type shop here in Bangkok which makes the vast majority of the seats sold on the internet, I believe also including the ones from Powerbypcx. I was able to go directly to the shop, but I have never been able to figure out if you can order them online and get them shipped. Here is a link just in case you are interested. If you can't order from them, send a pic to Powerbypcx of one you might like and see if they can get it for you.

And as a disclaimer, I have no association with the powerbypcx or noiwatdan, nor anyone who works at either of those places. I am just trying to save my fellow hindapcx.org friends some $'s, £'s, €'s, or whatever currency you use.

The seat I like powerbypcx does not have and I can't figure out how you purchase from noiwatdan. Thanks for all the welcomes.

Is there any way to tell if the replacement seat compromises the ability to put your helmet into the compartment? Not that it really matters to me since mine doesn't quite fit, but I still would not like to loose any more storage capacity.

I saw two videos on Youtube and looks to be made on the same form as Honda's seat. I could see where they cut out the two hump holes. Look for this on Youtube HONDA PCX 125 SEAT REVIEW - NO HUMP and New seat for my 2013 Honda PCX 150

My new seat compromised the under-seat storage compartment capacity because the plastic molding is slightly different. It is okay with me because I can still get my half-helmet in and I also have a 47 ltr Givi box installed.

The other thing to check on is if the seat you are ordering has the rubber gasket to keep water out of the storage compartment. Many of the seats don't. There are threads on here that tell you how to take the one off of your old seat and put in on the new one. You might want to check with who you are buying your seat from and see if they have them with the gasket already mounted.

Hey! Welcome New Yawker! Congrats! I have to ask....What made you choose a PCX?
I've not seen any here on our Long Island roads, are you seeing any in Brooklyn? Maybe in the Big Apple? Heck! What am I talking about? I'm not riding any scooter in the City, I wanna live (longer)
Glad you joined. This is one crazy and helpful forum!
Have Fun, enjoy the ride. "Only the beginning, only just the start." :P

OP and others, if you are 5' 8" or less, you can remove the seat and drill 2 new holes as far back as possible (a little less than an inch) and get the hump to an acceptable position while giving up some rear passenger room. THis will also allow you to lock out your legs in a straight position at the front of the floorboards which is really nice for long distance rides.

If you are taller than 5'8" or so, moving the hump back will still not allow you to straighten your legs. If you get it close, you can experiment with dirrefent shoes with varied sole thickness.

looks like only 2 screws to remove? Also is the seat you have you said is similar to yours much more comfortable then the stock seat?
