Absolutely. Recently bought some coolant to top up my pcx, and had no clue this could be an issue. Since my 12k km service is coming up, I'll ask the dealer whether that would be an issue...

I've used the Honda automotive coolant (premixed) for years and its never given me any issues.

The main important factor is silicate free -- if not, your block and radiator can easily get corroded.
