Free to good home

I have a Givi short windscreen and a Givi tall windscreen, if anybody wants one or the other I will ship it to you if you will reimburse the shipping cost (USA only). They each have a few thousand miles on them but are in good shape. I got a Puig windscreen and no longer want either of the Givi screens. PM me for more info.

Indy, which Puig did you get, and why do you like it better than the Givi?

I'm looking to put one on soon, and am looking for all opinions. Since you had both brands and settled on the Puig, I'm interested in knowing why you think it's better. Thanks!

Too much helmet buffeting with the short Givi. Too hard to see in rain or fog or anything that wets the screen with the tall Givi, although the tall makes for a very smooth, quiet ride and you don't get blown around in strong winds as much. The Puig has no buffeting at all and it is short enough that I can look over it rather than through it so water is not a problem. I'm 5'3" and had my seat lowered, so I sit pretty low.

http://www.monsterparts.com/p/5569F/Pui ... CX125.html This is the Puig I got. I got clear, but if I could do it over I'd get a darker one because I think it would look better.

Indy, you just made my day! I'm 5' 7" on a good day, and started gearing more towards the Puig, even though I think it cost a little more than the Givi, and seems a bit more difficult to order online.

Hello, I am also from northern Indiana. If you haven't gotten rid of the tall givi I would love to have it.
Probably can pick it up to save on shipping.
Thanks

I'm sorry stryder, both screens have already found new homes. But I hope I see you riding around sometime. I have not yet seen another PCX while out riding.

Hey Indy. I bet we will meet. I am from Albion. I make it over your way from time to time.
Like to visit Rocket Science.

I really wish that I had not already ordered a tall one so that I could have accepted your offer, but I am the type of person who believes that if a dealer goes through a lot of effort to get something that has been requested by a customer, it is the obligation of the customer to go through with the request. The windscreen is still on order at present but the dealer sends me updates weekly. He did the same thing with several other windscreens I ordered so I am going to wait patiently for it to come in from Givi to the dealer. Still, it might have been good to have gotten it sooner, so thank you for offering it. :-)

In case anybody is wondering, Rocket Science is an ice cream shop that custom makes your ice cream, while you watch, using liquid nitrogen. There are hundreds of flavors and add-ins, you can order just about anything you can think of for ice cream. Always worth the trip.

Sounds very natural and eco friendly.
