2 valve to 4 valve conversion

Has anyone come across this yet? 2v to 4v conversion kits from Hispeed Racing out of Thailand. There is head/valves/cam only or head/valves/cam/cylinder/piston/rings etc. supposedly for most years of PCX/ADV/Vario/Click and for 125 & 150cc engines. Note 2 different choices for valve sizes.
I don't know the price conversion nor how much shipping, customs charges etc might be.

I'd be super keen to go 4 valve. My only draw back was 2 valves, I got as much as I could out of two valves, there is no more power. 4 valves would open it right up.
