Hi All
I've been enjoying reading some of the topics on this thread.
I thought I'd share my PCX125 with you. We get both the 125 and 150 here in South Africa.

I fitted a CRP (Coker Race Products) Platinum Full exhaust system. It's Nickel plated with aluminum silencer sleeve. It has a tapered header and tuned dual chamber technology silencer. It's not a Bling pipe but a Performance pipe, but I think it looks flippin Sic! It also sound really awesome!
They did a Dyno run of the pipe and as you can see the power and torque increase is awesome! Well worth it and change my scooter to another beast! This pipe also works for the 150.
I fitted the Malossi Multivar Variator, this made the drive a lot smoother with quicker acceleration and pull up hills and for overtaking. I also fitted the higher rpm engaging Malossi clutch springs.

Nice looking exhaust and good power/torque gains.. Is that all you planing to do or is there more works in the pipe?

This casts some doubt for me since the stock pcx125 makes nowhere near 8HP, let alone 10.5HP.
A bone stock pcx125 makes about 7.8 HP, I'll find the dyno results over here and upload it later but I seriously doubt that a 125 with a performance exhaust can make 12.5HP since a full 164cc high compression with racing camshaft and Akrapovic exhaust makes about 13.5HP.

That dyno chart must be bollocks. For one the 125 doesn't make that much power and an exhaust alone on a commuter scooter isnt going to give a 10% power increase

My cat-less a/m exhaust might've made 0.5hp after the ECU had time to learn around it?
Just enough to notice, but certainly not ~1.5hp on back to back dyno's - taking the stock ECU by surprise...

They've lengthened the header and put an extra bend in which helps a bit with power, but not by that much.
Theory: that scooter already had a 164cc BBK that was heavily restricted on the stock exhaust.
