Newbie D Lock question

Hi Guys
I live in central London and I’m about to take ownership of a 2023 PCX. So as you can imagine securing the bike as best as possible is at the for front of my mind.
When it’s at home it’ll be secured to the floor via cement fixed bolts and 2 x almax chains.
When I’m out I’ll have a combination of a slightly less heavy duty chain and padlock, as well as a D lock through the rear wheel.
Regarding the D lock it’s a Hiplok D1000. My question is: if I put this lock through the rear wheel and lock it around the spokes. Is this sufficient, or will a thief be able to cut around / out the spokes, it to move the bike away? Sorry if this is a daft question. I’m just trying to protect the bike as well as I can.
Any other advice regarding securing the bike will be gratefully received!
