High Mileage PCX150 Engine rebuild advice

Howdy,
I just got myself a used 2013 Honda PCX with 47K miles (75K+ km) and started to address all the neglected parts. Although the drive train is just about sorted out (bearings, seals, variator, clutch, belt etc), I can't help but feel there is power being left on the table...
Compression test reveals (according to service manual directions):
~90 PSI dry
~150+ PSI w/ oil
Looks like I have a piston ring job in the future. But I have a few specific questions:
1) There are 3 sizes for piston/rings and 2 additional over size sets (.75, 1.00) that aren't available on partzilla. I haven't opened up my engine yet to measure the cylinder bore and clearances and all that but, what should I expect to purchase with an engine with this many miles on it?
No smoke, metal in the oil, or excessive consumption/blow by. I don't have enough miles ridden on it to know how healthy the engine should be at the moment.
Here is what is available. I just want to avoid downtime and purchase just what I need:
PISTON
13101-KZY-700
PISTON (0.25)
13102-KZY-700
PISTON (0.50)
13103-KZY-700
RING SET, PISTON (STD) (RIKEN)
13011-KZY-700
RING SET, PISTON (0.25) (RIKEN)
13021-KZY-700
RING SET, PISTON (0.50) (RIKEN)
13031-KZY-700
Any insight or suggestions would be helpful.
2) While I'm opening up the engine, I was going to replace the head and cylinder gaskets as well as some of the smaller miscellaneous gaskets. Any other suggestions of known high mileage failures I should address or look at? Are chain guides prone to replacement? valve seals always suggested even though no evidence it should be replaced?
3) I want to inspect and clean up of the engine case as well which will require pulling the flywheel. Since I don't want to buy honda specific SST:
P/N 07733-0010000 (07933-0010000 USA)...
Is there a good and affordable alternative suggested?
PS. Before I forget, this is all for the purpose of being a reliable donor for a Honda Ruckus swap. So the PCX its in one piece for now (mostly):
