I have a 2016 PCX150 and and replaced the HONDA OEM battery with a GTZ8V and it has been gtreat, but due to COVID,.... it has set too much and not charged properly. I tried to purchase a replacement GTZ8v that i paid $52 (USD) in 2018, but it appears to no longer be available in the US. The sister YUASA company has the same battery with the first letter in the part number changed from G to Y. It is $110-150 if purchased through a YUASA dealer. The Honda dealers apparently are still able to get the "G" version. It is $78-$88 deppending on where you get it Honda or Revzilla. Any feedback/suggestions appreciated.

Update:
Contacted YUASA and they no longer distribute the GT version of this battery. Only the Y version is available for purchase. Honda still uses/sells this part using the GTZ8V YUASA part number so it may possibly be sitting on the shelf getting OLD. Summit Racing sells the YTZ8V version for the least amount $107 (free S&H).

Finally found answer!!

The GTZ8V is a Sealed WET Cell Battery. It has been discontinued and replaced with the YTZ8V that is AGM!!! It should last 2-3 times as long as the wet cell version. The few GTZ8V batteries I have found must be left over stock and OLD. Do Not Purchase. I will be getting the new AGM version.
