How do I update my signature

I want to update my signature to include details about my pcx how do I do that ?
do I need to wait for x amount of posts to get this feature activated ?

In the upper right of this (or any) page click on "User Control Panel". Next page on the left, click on "profile". Then click "edit signature." A form will appear.
