I don't see much change except maybe the engine? Is that still a rear drum brake?

Yes, still drum rear.
Looks to me like all the body panels, seat, engine, exhaust, wheels, instruments and lights are different.

Why the engine downgrade? Still no ABS? This is uninspired, mundane and underachieving.

Lots of changes - if what is listed is true: bigger tyres, more underseat storage, bigger windscreen, different lights and dash (if street lighting is poor the '14 LED lights do not seem to light much of the coming road up). Wonder if the new forks are that much better than before - need to be with Londons dire condition roads.

Not keen on the keyless, would forgo that in an instant, not overly worried about ABS now as 6 years of riding the normal LED bike I am fine with CBS whch is much easier to maintain and costs much less should it go wrong.

Wonder if it will beat the 130-140mpg I currently get or be worse.

* More stylized silhouette
* Smoked and wider windshield
* New more complete instruments with LCD screen
* Keyless system
* USB-C to charge the mobile

The Europe PCX has had full LED lighting since the 2014 reg models, as per my post above, and that was and still is my first scooter. The rear LED cluster is different from my one, not sure how different from later models. The front lights do not look too different from prior LED models but too soon to really tell.

I prefer this 2021 headlights. The previous one got the pronounced eyebrows which make it too busy for me.

The look of the Forza 125 dash and front-on view are what turn me off of that bike - looks like a smiley face and sheep respectively :)
The LED PCX used to be sold for £2800 OTR and has crept up ever since, but it seems the 2021 OTR price is not that much more - £3049

My neighbor up the street has a late '80s Honda Elite that was once red, now faded to a metallic pinkish color. It's sat outside every day since it was built, probably. Definitely an unloved little bike that gets ridden every day and sounds fine.
I think I'll keep my '19 PCX for the foreseeable future....Honda does build solid equipment!

Except for the suspensions(i hope it's good this time), these are just bells and whistles. Nothing significant.
