Check out the DCR cam that Scooter SwapShop just developed. Brandon over there just Dyno tested it on a stock ADV.

BTW, whats the ultimate goal for this bike? Just crazy acceleration?

did you find that the bike "revs like crazy" after fitting the 12g weights, compared to standard ?

is it worth it? The expense and time just to achieve a few extra MPH ?
Would it not be a better investment putting the cash into a larger motorcycle / scooter ?

Goal is just fun and keeping up with traffic. It's been a fun bike to ride. Light and handles well.

Strange thing is it felt almost the same all around. It did hold 55mph at a lower rpm. Acceleration is about the same. Thinking about going down to 10grams to check.

Depends. I love the feel and look of the bike. Cruisers are just heavy. Sport bikes feel uncomfortable. Financially it makes sense to just get a Burgman or some other scooter, but where is the adventure in that. I like working on things.

I can get behind that... Please keep us posted. Im so interested in how this turns out...

FYI i would look into gearing. ADV have horrible gear ratios... If 13-17 models can do almost 80 with very basic bolt ons, I cant wait to see what you do on the ADV. lol

Any pics of Intake? Curious what u run.
