("return to base")
[Ed: it has been weeks for the Fish]

30 degrees with "30% chance of light precip after 10AM" predicted at sunrise today. No worries, I'll be home before then.
I disconnected the battery tender, checked for the tire kits under the seat - geared up and headed out 1/2hr before sunrise today.

2 miles from home I rode into a snow squall. Looked like potato chips - wet & slippery
I'm anxious, but not stupid, yet.

Returned to the house and, since the daughter has no classes today - I rousted her for pancakes at our coffee village in the xB.
Not that a female teenager bounds from jammies to the car. Shower/Hair/face/mystery stuff was completed by 8:30AM. Actually - the eyes were finished just as we pulled into town.

Took some snaps:

Those would have been great photos to have on a menu cover . . ..

Looks like you either used "Sports" setting or "amped" up the shutter speed a bit. Clear images even in snow.

Nice job! :D

Factory refurbished Panasonic Lumix ....after I broke my camera by dropping the LIKE200i exhaust on it! (rear tire change)
Camera has an "Intelligent Auto" setting.

And once again, the weatherman gets paid to guess...and is off by an hour or two. I love jobs where you don't have to be correct. Imagine riding a rocket to the moon thinking all the time that it may or may not end up on target, and you may or may not be flying out into the solar system with no end in sight.
