It's no accident that my route is blessedly free of cars at dawn - and is so well paved.

Today we were served the Indian Monsooned Malabar bean~!

100 yards down the street here as I was leaving my coffee village I came upon two young deer directly beside me. While I stopped & fiddled getting my camera out of my pocket, they gracefully jumped the 5' fence to join their mom in the pasture.

Moist leaves were worth attending to on tight bends -- but then I'm never 'playing' on my scooter. Even as a teenager in Mass. I took seriously my riding - especially with my equally young wife behind me on our Honda motorcycle.
