Young men have been causing a lot of heartache in the US recently. Again.
Found these young fellows - making some happy noise.

Oh, I'm very aware that the funerals have just started....
Dayton is 20 mins away from my coffee village - and I lived there for 20 yrs.

Every generation has it's challenges. Economics, disease, war, famine, floods, drought, extreme weather, and the list goes on.

But this new generation is dealing with uncharted territory. Never before have we had technology at our fingertips that can put us in touch with the whole planet (well almost the whole planet) instantly.

The human creature is facing a new game with a new set of rules. It almost goes against Nature. We are not machines. We are creatures who have some special skills and an opinion.

With one foot in the past and one foot into the future (a quickly changing future) it will be interesting to see how things turn out by 2100.

Add to that the rising ocean levels, climate change, over fishing, food shortages in devastated areas from drought or flood, over population, extinction of species by the day, slash and burn farming, hazardous waste, cow farts and smaller Hostess Twinkies and it gets downright depressing. :?

The future won't be "Plastics" anymore.

It will be "Precognition" . . .. :o o_O

And perhaps something like this to help us get through the insanity . . .. :D
