(Show you can parallel park your mom's car; answer the computer test, "we drive on the left side of the road: T or F?".....now drive till you stroke out at the wheel in a school zone.)
Inspections ?: If you can get it to roll downhill and have at least one working tail light, or glove box light, ....or a box of matches - just raise the hand with the most fingers and swear you've got full insurance. ...and you're good to go racing here in Ohio!

That sounds an awful lot like Georgia rules. In fact, most of the drivers around here believe that the traffic laws are suggestions, especially the Lexus drivers! Therefore, if you arrive at an intersection look for a Lexus. None on any side? You are OK. One coming up to the light? They will ignore the light, so be prepared.

Sounds like a "communication" problem.
