It's hard to say. That's the whole point of encouraging people to mod though, it gives more people options for what they can and can't do with their bikes.
In the UK you also need to factor in the additional cost of insurance.
You have to notify the insurer of any modifications.
They often charge extra for performance mods and may even refuse cover.
Any un-notified performance modification invalidates your insurance here, this can mean big fines and points on your licence and inevitably even more expensive insurance.
So as far as the UK goes attempting to performance modify a PCX is probably even less "worth it" than elsewhere and imo it should be discouraged.

^ While that might be true in the UK, I could shoehorn the engine from my Silverwing onto the back of my PCX, and my insurance wouldn't change a bit in the US. ;)

Weight and comfort. Speed of 55 is max I would say with two.

My new PCX 150 is 55 mph max so far and even with my wife.

I think we are combined weight at 365. That's a bunch.

I hope this bike will run 65 with just me. Not convinced it will.

If you are looking at price and mileage of the PCX perhaps it will meet your need.
Weight of riders is most important.
