Do I remember? Like yesterday! Still happening!
Sand salt poop and garbage in the mix of snow now piled blanketing every parked car. City folk have it the worst. Plows like monsters push their way through narrow one-way roads shoving all that crap atop vehicles. What a Stinkin' Mess! And the damage? Uh No, I won't go there.

When I was a teen my car was parked curbside and Dad's in the driveway. So yeah mine was under all that every winter. No surprise but I kept all of my cars in pristine condition. I'd shovel and pray.... no damage Please

Again, not suitable for a small avatar....but a recent bit of editing to a pic of Remy* at Christmas time.


*I do some version of Remy ("Ratatouille", the movie) for my Paris American High School alumni site each year.
Many years before this movie - I was known as 'Remy' on the soccer field....and I forget why. Hopefully it was a term of affection?
I'm sure there are plenty of scooters down there crossing one of the 32 bridges!

Well heck, it is raining again. I guess we are not going to be one of the few who get a white Christmas. Yesterday I thought about burning the small pile of dead branches we have piled up at the bottom of the yard (We have a big yard). Well, I tried and I tried, but everything was wet from our previous rain...and then I woke up this morning to find it raining once again.

Well, the good news is that it isn't flooding. I guess I can live with that. Now all I can ask for is drivers who will drive slower in the rain, since we will have to go out in it later. (We pet sit for others who are on vacation. We go to their house to feed and let their pets out for a short time.) Today is our goat sitting day...Yes, we have a neighbor with a pet goat.
