I found that the brakes on the Zuma are quite good and predictable . . . the qualities you need when riding on loose surfaces. I think I may be able to get mine out for a ride today.

However, my XMax will continue to wait for dryer roads and a warmer sunny day though for now. At least I got the clock set on it this weekend!

Great!

I did about half that around town on the Zuma.

Lot's of wet melting spots and puddles. There's still snow around and plowed up piles that will take a while to go away. Also the ground is still frozen so the water isn't being absorbed very quickly.

When things get dry I'm going to give it a good washing to get the road sludge and salt off it. :D

Yes . . . better days are finally on the way for riding. I will get a few miles in on the Zuma today as well. There are still remnants of salt however on the roads from the snow we had Saturday morning. Need one good rain to wash that off.

Also good luck with your new lithium battery for the XMax. 8)

the roads here are slowly improving with the rain today some of that small gravel hopefully will wash off. I dont like the main highways there clear but i dont like riding 50 mph im not sure when the back roads will clear i started riding last june and they were fine then.

Oh yes . . . you got the Silver/Red combo one.

They are great scoots IMHO.

I have to say the seat on the XMax is far superior but at least the Zuma allows you to move back if you need to.

Great all around machine . . .. 8)
