-7C here in the Land of Cheese, a good dusting of dry snow this morning, easily broomed off the porch. Promise of above-freezing temps by the end of the week. Willing the planet along in its path around the sun, 5 weeks to equinox . . .

68 degrees this afternoon out here in Northern California. :-) My second time on this crazy narrow road. This is the good pavement.

Scheduled with the dealer to pick up my PCX at 2pm this coming Saturday. Weather service says sunny and 47F/8C. Roads are dry today; any precip that falls between now and then should evaporate.
I really need the bike -- my ancient truck developed steering problems beyond repair, and the car I bought to replace it is dicey. Looking forward to using the scoot regularly and saving the car for times when I have a passenger, or the weather is too bad. Wish me luck.

Shoot! Saturday can't come fast enough!
What to do, what to do in the meantime ...are you up for naming your scoot? You could think about that? I go plum crazy waiting. I'm a pacer and a putzer. I try to stay busy. My nerves go in hyper mode. A New Bike is Freakin' Exciting!!! Ok, ok. Must chill. Feet on ground. Good. Now Breathe and Chill. Saturday will be here before Sunday Woot! Sooo....
Good Luck and Happy Safe Ride home, you Two!

I'm with you on this one. I've borrowed and am buying (hopefully) something to make sideways rain and wet roads enjoyable until it's bike time again.
