yes run out and buy another one that has not been updated... how much could they be worth today? You must control your urges to monk your electronics... but I'm sure WN's computer is as optimize and tweaked as mine right? Also all your old mail deleted or carefully organized? do you even know how fast WN and I ran to our scoots after seeing the crack post today? I nearly spat my coffee on the keyboard oO tripped over the dog.

I usually hold off awhile before pushing the update misery button.

Screw the dealer! Contact Honda directly and see what happens. Also let Honda know how the dealer handled this matter.

I really appreciate all the input and discussion here!
The photos and "case file" have gone off to Honda UK, so We will wait to see what their decision is. If they will replace it under warranty then all's good and it'll be done at the first service. It should be around 10 days until I get a response.
