Lol, I forgot about that 'achievement'... That was the day Josh locked his keys in his scooter - I had to do an extra 25ish miles with lactic to get the spare set. Imagine if that hadn't happened... I'd have only reached a grand total of 236 miles o_O

I'm 32 and a half weeks pregnant - I managed to use the scooter about 10 times in total when I wasn't pregnant, so I figured with a baby it'll probably never get used again! :P It was a very expensive purchase as a result (when you take into account the cost of the scooter, the insurance, the accessories, storage costs etc it probably worked out at over £500 per trip!) but I enjoyed the times I did go out on it - was just a bit too much of a scaredy-cat to go out more often. There are some total idiots on the road and we're both quite nervous. In fact so much so that Josh and I have agreed we'll probably never learn to drive a car either (in some ways I felt safer on the scooter - it's a lot like riding a bicycle!)

I can't help but look up "the center of, the center of the universe" at all the t-shirts above your head. Is there an artist living up there that paints them, hangs them to dry to sell later?

Great news! Now that makes perfectly clear sense to me! Congratulations on being pregnant and for making the right decision to sell your scoot. Wonderful that you could sell your PCX to a fellow member. Sounds like everything is falling into place for you and Josh. Please let us know when the wee one arrives! Baby Love on the Forum once again! Yey!! :P (chills)

The t shirts are for the start of the Tour de France. Every school kid has painted a shirt. It's a really idea.

Also, all the talk of 'yous' reminded me that the people who live opposite our flat have two cars with the number plates YO04 YOO and YO05 YOO  Not quite the same, but close ;)
