Thanks kebabby, I could not find that info in my owners manual or on YouTube when I bought this scooter. Even the Honda Shop couldn't find any info.
But, I happy with the suspension set up now, the rear end doesn't hurt my spine as much when hitting pot holes.

I bought mine in Thailand so never got an English copy, had to find it online.
